SHOW RULES:

• Only for Moonet members in good standing.
  

• Show are held almost every month according to the schedule below.
  
•  Limit of 50 photos per entrant total.
  
• 1 photo per horse per class except in performance.
  
•  ABSOLUTELY NO retouched/altered/blurry photos, direct scans, live show pictures, unrealistically colored/patterned models, or photos that do not belong to the entrant/have permission to be shown by that entrant. By entering this show, you give permission for any of your photos to be uploaded to the Internet for viewing and/or use in results/promotions.
  
• In the name of fairness, judges may not judge their own entered horses.
  
• Judges who have customized entered horses should not judge their own work in Halter, but would be allowed to judge them in Performance.
  
• All 1st through 3rd placing horses are eligible for the BIG SMASHAROONIE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW held sometime in the future. However, you may not enter the Champs UNLESS YOU JUDGE AT LEAST ONE DIVISION OF THE SHOW SERIES DURING THE SEASON!

2005 SHOW DATES & JUDGES

Entries close at midnight Eastern on the date shown, judging begins the next day, and the date to begin sending entries for the next show will be announced on the list. Do not send any entries until the Entry Window is Announced on Moo!

Entry Windows:

February 2005: New entries accepted until the 6th, corrections until the 13th, judging begins on 20th

March 2005: New entries accepted until the 6th, corrections until the 13th, Judging begins on the 20th

April 2005: New entries accepted until the 10th, corrections until the 17th, Judging begins on the 23rd

 IMPORTANT! Be sure to read the rules thoroughly before sending entries. 

ENTRY RULES:

 Photos must be no more than 350 pixels per side, 72dpi. Use a photo editor to view size; if you are not sure, do NOT send them! YOU MUST NAME the photo with the first 3-4 letters of the model's name which makes it easier to find when I need to search for it.

 No more than 5 photos per email. 

 No spaces or non-letter/number characters in file names and extension must be in lower case, i.e. "filename.jpg" not "file's name.JPG".

HOW TO ENTER:

 The entrants will send their photos and descriptions to Faboo, who will upload them to web pages for judging by the designated judge(s).

Please use the subject line of "Moonet <Month> Online Show # of #"  This is number of email that you will be sending, not photos (i.e. "Moonet January Online Show 1 of 5" if you'll be sending 5 emails).

Each photo entered must have the following information sent in this format:

Halter Entry:

filename.jpg (no spaces, use all lower-case please)
Model name - your 3 initials
Breed,  gender
Any other information (color for Other Color class, URL to breed, etc)
Owner, owner's email address.
Division & class number(s) separated by dashes.

Performance Entry:

filename.jpg (no spaces, use all lower-case please)
model name - your 3 initials
Performance class explanation and/or URL to description.
owner, owner's email address.
Division & class number(s) separated by dashes.

 REPLACEMENT, REMOVING, or ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: 

Sending replacement photos, or removing present entries and replacing them with different ones is welcome at any time that new entries are being taken as well as the week after new entries closes.

For a replacement photo, just send the model's name and file name; it should be named exactly the same as the original.

For deletions, send the model name, file name, and all classes the model is entered in same as above.

For additions, send the same as a new entry.

Replacement photos, removals, and additions may be send in the same email.
